Climbing & bouldering

In Galtür, a fascinating world of climbing and bouldering opens up, inspiring both beginners and experienced mountain lovers alike. The breathtaking backdrop of the Paznaun Alps not only offers spectacular views, but also a variety of climbing and bouldering opportunities that will make the heart of any outdoor enthusiast beat faster.

Bouldering, which does not involve the use of ropes or harnesses, is becoming increasingly popular in Galtür. Galtür offers the Silvapark Galtür bouldering area at the foot of the Ballunspitze (at 2,000 meters above sea level). There is also a special bouldering park for children with easy beginner routes.

Hiking in Galtür

Galtür, nestled in the breathtaking scenery of the Paznaun Alps, invites you to explore the beauty of the Austrian mountains on foot.

The region offers hiking trails for all tastes and abilities, from gentle strolls for families to challenging mountain tours for experienced hikers. Discover the variety of landscapes, from shady forests and blooming alpine flower meadows to high alpine regions with spectacular views.

A bike rental is located directly below our house and from summer 2024 a new Silva Trail will be available directly at the house.
